HashKey plans $214.7m in HK IPO

HashKey Group, which operates Hong Kong’s largest licensed cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking to raise up to HK$1.7 billion (US$214.7 million) in an IPO in the city, according to a regulatory prospectus.

The company is offering 240.6 million shares with a price range of HK$5.95 to HK$6.95 each (about US$0.76 to US$0.89).

Final pricing will be determined on December 16, and trading is expected to start on the Hong Kong exchange on December 17.

Founded in 2018, HashKey Group provides services including asset management, brokerage, and tokenisation.
