HashKey Exchange has signed a memorandum of understanding with HATA, a licensed digital asset exchange in Malaysia.

HashKey Exchange is a licensed virtual asset trading platform based in Hong Kong.

The agreement will see both companies explore collaboration in Southeast Asia, covering technology, regulatory compliance, and user experience.

The two exchanges plan to examine system integration and API connectivity to improve efficiency and market liquidity.

They also intend to jointly study regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and Malaysia to ensure compliance in their operations.

Both firms said the partnership aims to support digital asset trading and service development in the region.

HashKey Exchange does not accept users from the US, mainland China, and certain other jurisdictions.
