HashKey H1 revenue rises 20.6% as trading grows
HashKey Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-listed digital-asset group, reported unaudited revenue of HK$342.5 million (US$43.7 million) for the six months ended June 30, 2026, up 20.6% from a year earlier.
The increase came as trading activity rose despite a weaker digital-asset market.
Gross profit rose 12.5% to HK$207.5 million (US$26.4 million).
Gross margin improved to 60.6% from 51.0% in the second half of 2025, while its adjusted loss under non-IFRS measures narrowed 21.0% to HK$314.8 million (US$40.1 million).
Revenue from transaction-facilitation services climbed 38.6% to HK$267.9 million (US$34.1 million) on platform trading volume of HK$282.2 billion (US$36 billion).
The company also said a wholly-owned subsidiary signed a framework agreement in July to acquire Singapore’s Asia Pacific Exchange.
The exchange offers commodity and futures contracts and, according to HashKey, has Approved Exchange and Approved Clearing House licenses in Singapore.
Any change of control would likely face oversight from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
