One company’s integrated setup shapes Hanoi’s shift to electric taxis

• Much of the change runs through one linked set of companies. Green and Smart Mobility (GSM) runs taxis using only VinFast electric cars and VinFast’s chairman started GSM 1.
• VinFast’s founder Phạm Nhật Vượng created V-Green, a separate firm where he owns 90%, to build charging sites 2.

Hanoi policy gives VinFast’s network a home-market test
