Green SM, Elife sign deal to expand global ride access

Green SM, the electric ride-hailing brand of Vietnam’s GSM, said on October 17 it signed a memorandum of understanding with Elife, a business-to-business (B2B) mobility and delivery platform, to integrate its services into Elife’s network.

The rollout is planned across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the US.

The companies said Elife partners would be able to offer Green SM rides through their own platforms, so users would not need to switch apps.

Elife describes itself as a global B2B infrastructure platform for rides and delivery and targets corporate travel.

According to the announcement, Elife’s partner platforms collectively serve about 100 million monthly active users.

Green SM, founded in 2023, said its mobility network spans Laos, Indonesia, India, and the Netherlands. VinFast vehicles make up its fleet, as Vietnam’s ride-hailing market grows.
