The agreement includes a 2 billion pesos (US$32.4 million) credit facility and digital banking services.
The services include account management, payment tools, and digital onboarding to speed up driver account opening and activation as Green GSM expands in the country.
The company said it had previously partnered with Xentro Group in 2025 and launched the Green Xentro fleet in Rizal earlier in 2026.
GSM started operating in the Philippines in mid-2025. In Vietnam, it had more than 30,000 electric taxis as of May 2024 and uses VinFast vehicles.
In the Philippines, app-based ride services fall under Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) rules.
Transport network vehicle service (TNVS) operators need to secure certificates of public convenience (CPCs), and accredited platforms may deploy only duly franchised vehicles.
Commercial charging support is also expanding, with recent fast-charging projects targeting fleets in the Philippines.
