Green GSM has signed a memorandum of understanding with AMRC Renewable Corporation/Xentro Motors, a subsidiary of Philippine-based Xentro Group, for the supply of 2,000 VinFast electric vehicles to support future operations under the Green GSM platform.

Green GSM will supply the vehicles to AMRC Renewable Corporation/Xentro Motors, with the first 1,000 units already secured and the remaining to be delivered over two years.

The new fleet will operate under the “Green Xentro powered by Green GSM” brand across Metro Manila and key urban centers, pending regulatory approval.

Xentro Motors plans to use its nationwide Xentro Malls network for pick-up zones, EV charging stations, and parking areas.

The partnership will benefit from VinFast’s service ecosystem, including fleet maintenance, charging infrastructure, and driver support.

The companies said the initiative aims to support cleaner and more inclusive urban transport in the Philippines, reflecting their commitment to sustainability and community impact.
