Grab Malaysia partners with EV firms to boost driver adoption
Grab Malaysia has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with BYD Sime Motors, Yinson Green Technologies (M), and Power-Up Tech (P.UP) to promote electric vehicle (EV) adoption among its driver-partners across the country.
The collaboration aims to provide accessible EV solutions and contribute to Malaysia’s sustainability goals.
Additionally, the initiative focuses on developing necessary charging infrastructure.
BYD Sime Motors will provide exclusive car pricing and training for Grab driver-partners.
Yinson GreenTech will offer preferential leasing and charging rates, while Power-Up Tech will focus on ensuring reliable charging infrastructure through mobile charging facilities.
