Grab has partnered with BYD to bring up to 50,000 EVs to Grab’s driver-partners in Southeast Asia. This collaboration aims to reduce the costs of EV adoption and promote sustainable transportation.

Grab’s driver-partners and fleet operators will have access to BYD vehicles under competitive pricing, along with extended battery warranties.

Drivers can rent EVs or use financing through Grab’s car ownership programs. In Singapore and Thailand, Grab users can select eco-friendly rides through at no extra cost.

The partnership covers six countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

It includes BYD models like the ATTO3, SEAL, and DENZA D9, with DENZA’s luxury vehicles added to GrabExec’s premium fleet.
