Indonesia-listed PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk, a Jakarta-based digital platform group, said it received Vice President Director Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo’s resignation letter on August 28, 2026, for personal and family reasons.

The company will submit the resignation for shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on October 14, 2026, in line with Indonesian rules requiring shareholders to decide changes to directors at a general meeting.

GoTo said the change to its board composition would not adversely affect the company’s operations, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity.

It did not name Catherine’s successor or disclose any other planned board changes.
