GoTo on Thursday announced the appointment of William Xiong, former Alibaba Cloud’s VP, as its new Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Xiong will oversee GoTo’s technology strategy and lead the development team, according to the statement.

He brings over 25 years of global experience in software development and product management, including e-wallets, insurance systems, business intelligence, data platforms, and ESG platforms.
