After this date, all linked PayPal accounts will be removed from the app.

Since April 11, 2025, users cannot link new PayPal accounts to Google Wallet.

To make payments, customers need to add other payment methods like credit or debit cards.

However, Google Wallet will still accept PayPal-branded debit cards.

Users with recurring payments via PayPal must update their payment details on the merchants’ websites directly.

Also, PayPal transaction histories will no longer be available in Google Wallet and can only be accessed on PayPal’s platform.

This change does not affect users in Germany, where PayPal integration with Google Wallet will remain operational.
