Google Cloud has partnered with Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) to launch the “AI Cloud Takeoff” (AI CTO) program, aiming to help 300 Singapore-based companies establish AI Centers of Excellence (AI CoEs) within the next year.

This program is part of the Singapore Government’s Enterprise Compute Initiative, announced in the Budget 2025 statement.

It follows a pilot program conducted in November 2024, which collaborated with 30 companies to develop AI-driven solutions.

Philbert Gomez, Senior Vice President of DISG, said that the initiative aims to accelerate AI adoption among local businesses to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Participants will have access to AI capacity-building workshops, technical consulting, Google Cloud credits, and implementation services.

Additionally, financial incentives of up to SG$500,000 (US$370,000) will be provided by DISG and Google Cloud as companies reach program milestones.
