Google Cloud said on July 13 it would roll out Gemini Enterprise to Samsung Electronics’ Device eXperience (DX) Division employees worldwide.

The companies said the enterprise AI platform would give Samsung employees a conversational workspace through the Gemini Enterprise App. The app connects internal systems so employees can search, analyze, and use company information in their work.

The companies also said they planned to expand task-specific AI agents for teams including human resources and marketing.

Non-developers would be able to build work agents with low-code and no-code tools. Meanwhile engineers would have access to AI models and development tools for more complex multi-step agents.

Google Cloud said the service would run in a dedicated Google Cloud tenant environment for Samsung Electronics’ DX Division. This would keep sensitive data and automated workflows in an isolated setup that meets security.
