Goldman Sachs invests $400m in Israeli cybersecurity firm Cyera
Cyera, an Israeli cybersecurity company, has raised US$400 million from Goldman Sachs Alternatives to expand tools to secure AI agents used by large enterprises.
The company said the investment extends its series G funding and values Cyera at more than US$12 billion.
Three months earlier, it raised US$600 million at a US$12 billion valuation, after saying in 2025 that it had reached a US$6 billion valuation.
Cyera said the money will support product development and expansion in the US federal market, as well as Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
The company also said it achieved Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, or FedRAMP, High “In Process” status in April 2026.
Founded in 2021, Cyera describes itself as an AI security platform and data security posture management, or DSPM, vendor.
It has also expanded into software and non-human identity controls, including through its acquisition of Oasis Security.
