The financing group includes ING, Societe Generale, UniCredit, BBVA, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp., Santander, and Sabadell, with investors La Caisse and Rivage also participating.
The company said the funds will be used to expand its total production capacity to over 3 terawatt-hours per year, covering new plant construction and acquisitions.
Verdalia currently operates seven plants and is building six more in Italy, aiming to start grid injection in early 2026.
In Spain, its first plant is under construction, with two more set to begin by year-end.
