GoDaddy, a domain registrar and web infrastructure company in the US, Infoblox, a network security firm in the US, Google, and Cloudflare demonstrated cross-platform AI agent transactions at GovWare 2026 in Singapore.

Their Chain of Trust reference architecture was developed with Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).

The open architecture combines agent discovery, identity, authorization, communication, payment, logging, and trust scoring so businesses can verify AI agents throughout a transaction.

In the demo, a buyer agent completed a simulated flight purchase over the Universal Commerce Protocol, with payment through Stripe, after identity and trust checks.

The companies said the system blocked a look-alike seller and forged credentials before any transaction occurred.

Several participating companies published a prototype case study.

The group also invited registrars, cloud providers, payment networks, and regulators to adopt the architecture.

GovWare runs 13-15 Oct. Broader agent identity work includes a World Wide Web Consortium community group and an Internet Engineering Task Force Internet-Draft.

Payments-related know-your-customer discussions emphasize identifying the human or entity behind an agent.
