Global robotics company Geekplus debuts in Hong Kong IPO
Geekplus, a global warehouse robotics company, has listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) under the stock code 2590.HK.
This marks Geekplus as the first publicly traded firm in the autonomous mobile robots (AMR) warehouse robotics market.
The initial public offering (IPO) is the largest H-share IPO for a robotics firm to date. It is also the largest non “A+H” technology IPO in Hong Kong this year.
The Hong Kong public offering was oversubscribed by 133.62 times, while the international offering was covered 30.17 times.
This ranks it among the top three Hong Kong listings of 2025 based on international offering coverage.
Geekplus operates in over 40 countries and regions, serving more than 800 enterprise clients in various sectors, including third-party logistics, retail, and e-commerce.
