Buena, a property management technology startup based in Germany, has raised €49 million (US$53.2 million) in total funding, including its series A round.

The funding round was led by GV, with participation from 20VC, Stride, and Capnamic.

Founded in 2023, Buena uses an AI-enabled platform to automate property management tasks such as accounting and financial reporting.

The company currently manages over 60,000 units across Germany and has 5,000 landlords on its waitlist.
