Asia Pacific-based MTR Lab announced an investment in WeMaintain, a French proptech startup aiming to digitally transform building operations and maintenance. This marks MTR Lab’s first investment in an overseas startup.

The funding will support WeMaintain’s expansion in the Asia Pacific, including Hong Kong, and will help strengthen its efforts in R&D, product development, and implementation of its data-driven, proactive maintenance solutions.
