French firm Publicis Groupe to acquire SG’s Hepmil Media Group
Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire HEPMIL Media Group, a Singapore-based influencer marketing agency with operations in six Southeast Asian markets.
HEPMIL, founded in 2015, is known for its media platforms SGAG, MGAG, and PGAG, and works with over 3,000 creators and more than 450 brands.
Publicis said HEPMIL will continue to operate as a separate brand and collaborate with Publicis teams across Southeast Asia.
The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
Publicis, headquartered in France, is a global communications group with over 100,000 employees in more than 100 countries.
