Foxconn reports record Q4 revenue, up 15.2%

Foxconn announced record revenue for the fourth quarter. It reported NT$2.13 trillion (around US$64.6 billion) in quarterly revenue this year, a 15.2% increase compared to the previous year, surpassing LSEG’s SmartEstimate of NT$2.1 trillion (around US$63.7 billion).

In December 2024, Foxconn generated NT$654.8 billion (around US$19.8 billion), representing a 42.3% year-on-year increase and marking the second-highest monthly revenue ever recorded by the company.

Growth was largely attributed to its cloud and networking products division, with notable demand from clients such as Nvidia.

In contrast, revenue from smart consumer electronics – including iPhones – showed only marginal growth from the previous year.

Looking to the first quarter of 2025, Foxconn expects revenue to adhere to seasonal patterns based on averages from the past five years. The company forecasts significant year-on-year growth for this quarter.

Foxconn has not provided specific revenue forecasts for the upcoming quarter. The full fourth-quarter earnings report will be released on March 14, 2025.
