Foodpanda, the food-delivery platform owned by Berlin-based Delivery Hero, has launched a Singapore plug-in that lets ChatGPT and Claude users find restaurants and meal options on its service through AI prompts based on real-time availability.

Users can ask for suggestions based on cuisine, budget, group size, or dietary needs, then tap through to Foodpanda’s app or web store to place and pay for an order.

The integration is live in Singapore for free and paid ChatGPT and Claude accounts after users connect the plug-in. Foodpanda said it plans to roll it out to more markets.

Delivery Hero has also said AI was part of its broader strategy. In a 2025 update, the company said growth and efficiency gains were driven by AI. A 2026 statement also said it wanted to build an everyday app.
