Flipkart said on October 5, 2026, that it had taken a minority stake in TravClan, an India-based business-to-business (B2B) travel platform, to expand international holiday options and on-the-ground support at Cleartrip and Flipkart Travel.

TravClan lets travel agents customise and book packages, hotels, and activities.

The company said its platform serves more than 15,000 travel agents.

Flipkart said integrating TravClan’s supplier network, technology, and destination operations could broaden the international holiday options offered by its travel businesses.

The companies did not disclose the investment amount.

They said the funding will support TravClan’s global supply, technology, destination expansion, and hiring.

TravClan previously raised US$4.7 million to help travel agents digitise operations.

India’s outbound tourism market is covered by forecasts through 2030.

Cleartrip offers flights, hotels, and bus bookings in India, where MakeMyTrip also sells core travel products.
