Flipkart adds ex-Meta exec to board ahead of 2026 IPO

Flipkart has appointed former Meta executive Dan Neary to its board as the company prepares for a potential IPO in 2026.

Neary previously led Meta’s growth across the Asia-Pacific region for over a decade.

Other board members include Walmart executives Kathryn McLay, Suresh Kumar, and Dan Bartlett, as well as Keki Mistry, Lydia Jett, James Mitchell, Chaly Mah, and Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy.

Earlier this year, Flipkart’s board approved shifting its domicile from Singapore to India to facilitate a domestic listing.

Myntra, Flipkart’s fashion and beauty platform, saw its profits jump nearly 18x in the same period.
