NetraDyne, a fleet safety and video telematics company, has become India’s first unicorn this year after reaching a valuation of US$1.34 billion.

This comes as NetraDyne recently raised US$90 million in a series D funding round.

Founded in 2015, the company operates in Bengaluru and California using AI-powered tools like video safety cameras to monitor driver behavior and reduce road accidents.

NetraDyne tracks 700 million miles monthly and serves over 3,000 clients worldwide.

The company reported US$210 million in revenue for 2024, a 65% increase fueled by growth in the US market.
