Figma sets IPO terms, valued up to $16.4b

Figma has announced the terms for its IPO, potentially valuing the design software company at up to US$16.4 billion.

It plans to sell around 37 million shares priced between US$25 and US$28, aiming to raise US$1 billion.

The company will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “FIG.”

Co-founder and CEO Dylan Field plans to sell 2.35 million shares, worth about US$65.8 million.

Figma was last valued at US$12.5 billion in a 2024 tender offer.

Preliminary Q2 results show revenue between US$247 million and US$250 million, up 39% to 41% year-over-year. Operating income is projected at US$9 million to US$12 million, with a margin of 4% to 5%, up from 3% last year.
