Fantasy gaming platform Dream11 has moved its corporate headquarters from the United States back to India.

The company’s board approved the merger of its US entity, Dream Sports Inc., with its Indian entity, Sporta Technologies Pvt Ltd, in January 2025.

Dream11 cited several reasons for the move. These include allowing shareholders of the US entity to participate directly in the Indian company, reducing costs by eliminating inter-company transactions, and simplifying the group’s structure for better management.

The company has not announced any plans for a public listing in India.
