Piyush Gupta, former managing director of Peak XV Partners, has introduced a new secondaries VC firm named Kenro Capital.

This investment firm is co-founded with Norbert Fernandes, a private equity expert with experience at Temasek and TR Capital.

Kenro Capital will concentrate on secondary transactions in India and Southeast Asia. The firm plans to invest in minority stakes in growth-stage companies.

Kenro Capital intends to deploy between US$20 million and US$30 million per transaction.
