Eximius Ventures, a venture capital firm specializing in pre-seed startups, has announced the launch of its second fund with a target of US$30 million.

The fund aims to invest in 25 to 30 companies across sectors including fintech, AI, frontier technology, and consumer technology.

Each selected company will receive an initial investment of US$500,000, with half of the fund allocated for follow-on investments to support promising portfolio companies.

Under this new fund, Eximius Ventures has already invested in four companies within the consumer tech and AI sectors, in partnership with other institutional investors.

The firm employs a thesis-driven approach, focusing on specific investment strategies rather than broader, high-volume methods.

The new fund is supported by a diverse group of limited partners, which include high-net-worth individuals, family offices, founder-investors, and corporate venture firms.
