Flash.co, founded by former Flipkart senior vice president Ranjith Boyanapalli, has launched an AI-powered shopping assistant called Flash AI in over 100 countries.

The startup, founded in 2022, allows users to compare product prices and reviews across various online platforms by adding “flash.co/” before any product URL.

Flash AI gathers product information, ratings, and reviews from sources including ecommerce sites, YouTube, Reddit, expert blogs, and Google reviews.

The service is currently free, but Flash.co plans to introduce a paid version with more features.

Flash.co has raised US$12.5 million from investors such as Global Founders Capital, White Venture Capital, and Zinal Growth.
