Ex-Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon loses extradition appeal
Montenegro’s Constitutional Court has rejected an appeal by former Terraform Labs CEO, Do Kwon, against his extradition.
The court upheld a Supreme Court ruling that gives Justice Minister Bojan Božović the final say on Kwon’s extradition.
The final date for any extradition is still pending.
Kwon faces legal issues related to the 2022 collapse of Terra-Luna, which significantly affected the cryptocurrency market.
