Elivaas, an Indian startup managing villas and luxury apartments, has secured US$2.5 million in a seed funding round led by Peak XV Partners’ Surge. Elivaas will use the funds to bolster its presence across major Indian cities and upgrade its platform.

The firm assists homeowners with property upkeep, booking, pricing, and promotion while offering renters a curated travel experience.
