GreyLabs AI, a Mumbai-based speech analytics startup for financial institutions, has secured 85 crore rupees (about US$10.2 million) in a funding round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from Z47 and other angel investors.

The company has launched a voice AI agent platform aimed at automating customer interactions for banks and financial services firms.

GreyLabs AI works with over 50 clients in the BFSI sector, including RBL Bank, AU Bank, IDFC First Bank, Axis Finance, Motilal Oswal, SBI Life Insurance, Piramal Finance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Groww.

The startup was founded by Aman Goel, Harshita Srivastava, Shivam Gupta, Raj Sanghavi, Debabrata Basak, and Shreyas Patel.

GreyLabs AI previously raised US$1.5 million in 2024.

The company plans to use the new funding to expand into an AI-powered contact centre stack, increase its client base, and open regional offices in Bengaluru and Delhi.
