BrightChamps, a global edtech platform, has acquired Edjust, an Indian K12 education marketplace, in a cash and stock deal.

This is BrightChamps’s fourth acquisition since its inception in 2020, following the purchases of Education10x, Schola, and Metamorphosis Edu.

Edjust, founded in 2022 by Dushyant Panchal, Anmol Mittal, and Sanjay Panikar, has established a presence in markets like the US and UK.

The company uses AI, human insights, and advanced data systems to connect with parents interested in edtech services.

Following the acquisition, Edjust’s founders will extend the company’s sales model to all regions where BrightChamps operates.

Edjust’s team will also lead the development of a new distribution channel focusing on core academic subjects like mathematics, science, and English.
