eBay has agreed to acquire Tise, a consumer-to-consumer social marketplace based in Oslo, Norway.

Tise operates a peer-to-peer resale platform with features for following sellers and interacting on product listings.

The deal builds on eBay’s previous investment in Tise through its venture arm in 2022.

eBay said the acquisition would add complementary capabilities to its consumer-to-consumer business.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to standard closing conditions.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
