EaseMyTrip co-founder sells 1.41% stake

Nishant Pitti, co-founder of online travel tech EaseMyTrip, sold a 1.41% stake in the company through a block deal on Tuesday.

The transaction involved 5 crore shares at 15.68 rupees (US$0.18) each, totaling 78.3 crore rupees (US$9.14 million), according to data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

After this sale, Pitti retains a 12.80% stake.

This transaction marks Pitti’s second major sale of EaseMyTrip shares in recent months.

In September, he sold 24.65 crore shares for 920 crore rupees (US$107.4 million).
