Indian online travel aggregator EaseMyTrip has acquired a 13% non-controlling stake in Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited through a share swap deal.

With this investment, EaseMyTrip aims to push for environmentally friendly practices in the hospitality industry and make all hotels operated by Eco Hotels carbon net-zero.
