Dubai Investments eyes IPO for real estate arm
Dubai Investments plans to list up to 25% of its Dubai Investments Park (DIP) real estate unit through an IPO.
The company is in discussions with banks but has not shared further details.
Sources told that DIP may be valued at up to US$2.5 billion and the IPO could launch in Q1 2026, though no final decisions have been made.
DIP is a 2,300-hectare development with industrial, commercial, and residential properties. It houses over 160,000 residents and more than 5,000 tenants.
The UAE’s IPO market has seen a rise in listings from both government-backed and private firms, driven by strong housing demand and infrastructure spending.
