Doku, an Indonesian payments fintech, said on 24 September 2026 that co-founder Himelda Renuat had been appointed CEO and head of Antom Indonesia.

The move comes as Antom, the merchant payment and digitization services arm of Ant International, deepens its investment in the company.

Doku also rebranded as Doku by Antom, while continuing to operate under its own name and licenses.

Former Doku CEO Chris Yeo, who had led the company since 2022, will become head of Antom Philippines.

The companies said the expanded partnership builds on a February 2026 partnership that Doku described as an effort to accelerate digital payments and fintech innovation in Indonesia.

The latest move will integrate Doku more closely with Antom’s global merchant network and 2C2P, Antom’s Southeast Asia payment gateway subsidiary.

The collaboration will cover cross-border payments, multi-currency services, and other financial tools for merchants.
