Dixon Technologies has partnered with Vivo India to develop an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) facility in India.

Dixon will own a 51% stake, while Vivo India will retain a 49% stake.

The facility primarily handle Vivo India’s OEM smartphone orders and may also produce electronic products for other brands.
