Digital therapy firm Hinge Health files for New York IPO

Hinge Health, a San Francisco-based provider of digital physical therapy services, has filed for an IPO and will trade on the NYSE under the ticker “HNGE.”

Founded in 2014, the company offers virtual exercise therapy and devices like Enso for nerve stimulation. Its services help patients with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgery rehab.

Over 2,250 organizations, including Morgan Stanley and Target, provide access to Hinge Health for employees.

In 2024, the company reported US$390 million in revenue, up 33% from the previous year, while narrowing its net loss to US$11.9 million from US$108.1 million in 2023.

It had over 532,000 members, with 20 million eligible for enrollment.

Hinge Health has raised over US$1 billion, with investors like Tiger Global and Coatue, and was valued at US$6.2 billion in 2021.

The company did not comment on the filing.
