Digital signature firm shares jump 14% on strong Q4 earnings
Docusign shares surged over 14% after surpassing analysts’ expectations for its fourth-quarter fiscal 2025 earnings.
The company reported US$776 million in revenue, a 9% increase from the previous year.
Subscription revenue reached US$757 million, also up 9%. Net income jumped to US$83.5 million from US$27.24 million a year earlier.
For the first quarter, Docusign projected revenue between US$745 million and US$749 million, with full-year estimates between US$3.129 billion and US$3.141 billion.
The earnings boost was partly driven by the launch of Docusign IAM, an AI-powered platform for agreement processes.
CEO Allan Thygesen expects IAM to contribute to growth, reaching a low double-digit percentage by Q4 fiscal 2026.
The company has also partnered with Microsoft and Google to expand its services.
Despite challenges like consumer sentiment shifts and tariff uncertainties, demand for DocuSign’s services remains strong.
