Digital Realty Bersama, an Indonesia-based data center joint venture between Digital Realty and Singapore-headquartered Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia, said on October 1 that it appointed Raymond Yan as president director to lead strategy, business planning, and growth in Indonesia.

Yan has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and digital infrastructure.

He was previously president director at PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, where he oversaw strategy, business management, integration, and transformation.

Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia is backed by Provident Capital Partners, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk, and a consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management.

The appointment comes as Indonesia’s data center market is growing, with demand increasingly driven by digital services and AI needs.
