TNL Mediagene, a digital media and technology firm based in Asia, began trading on Nasdaq after merging with Blue Ocean Acquisition Corp.

The company, under the ticker TNMG, launched its trading activities on Friday.

TNL Mediagene manages 22 media brands across various regions, including Japan and Taiwan.

These platforms collectively attract over 40 million unique users monthly.

Notable brands under its portfolio include Business Insider Japan, The News Lens, INSIDE, Gizmodo Japan, and Digiday Japan.
