Digital health company Transcarent has completed its acquisition of Accolade in a deal valued at approximately US$621 million.

The transaction, initially announced in January, received all necessary shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Accolade shareholders will receive US$7.03 per share in cash.

This acquisition will integrate Accolade’s care delivery, navigation, and advocacy services into Transcarent’s offerings for self-insured employers.
