Delta Air Lines software provider firm raises $82m series B
San Francisco-based software company Ditto raised US$82 million in its series B funding round, boosting its valuation to US$462 million.
The round was led by Top Tier Capital Partners and Acrew Capital, with participation from Advance Venture Partners, Amity Ventures, and True Ventures.
Ditto’s valuation more than doubled since its series A in 2023, and its annual recurring revenue grew by 250% as its customer base more than doubled.
Founded in 2018, Ditto specializes in data synchronization between edge devices and the cloud.
Its SDK leverages Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and LAN to enable peer-to-peer networks, allowing applications to communicate without relying on centralized cloud systems.
Major customers like Delta Air Lines, Japan Airlines, and Lufthansa use Ditto’s technology to ensure stable operations in areas with unreliable connectivity.
Ditto plans to use the new funding to expand its team, scale core products, and build partnerships with cloud database providers.
