Israeli AI startup Limitless Labs has raised US$20 million in a series A round led by Dell Technologies Capital and Square Peg, with participation from Grove Ventures, Meron Capital, and Kinetica.

The funding brings the company’s total capital raised to US$27.3 million.

Formerly known as LimitlessCNC, the company develops AI software for precision mechanical manufacturing.

Founded in 2024, the startup’s software works inside existing computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) tools.

It takes a CAD file, identifies features, recommends tools, sequences operations, generates toolpaths, and helps produce shop-floor-ready computer numerical control (CNC) programs.

Limitless said its software has moved from pilots to production deployments with Blue Origin, Cadillac Formula 1, and ISCAR.

The startup said the new funding will be used to expand in the US, grow its Tel Aviv development center, continue developing its AI model to automate CNC processes further, and double its headcount over the coming year.

The company said the market is tied to a manufacturing skills gap, with 409,000 manufacturing positions unfilled in the US and the shortfall projected to reach 1.9 million by 2033.
