Thales, a French defense technology major, has completed its acquisition of Imperva, a US-based cybersecurity software and services company. The integration of Imperva will begin in January 2024.

This sets Thales on a pathway to reach its target of €2.4 billion (US$2.1 billion) in cybersecurity revenue next year. Thales also said it has over 5,800 cybersecurity experts across 68 countries.
