Cyber firm Armis hits $4.5b valuation after $100m round
Cybersecurity firm Armis has raised US$100 million in a secondary round, backed by Georgian, a previous investor.
The round was aimed entirely at allowing hundreds of veteran employees in Israel and worldwide to sell their shares, rather than investors or founders.
As a result, Armis’ valuation increased to US$4.5 billion, up from US$4.3 billion after its US$200 million funding round in October 2024.
That round was led by General Catalyst and Alkeon Capital, with support from Brookfield, Georgian, Insight Partners, and CapitalG.
Founded in 2016 by Yevgeny Dibrov and Nadir Izrael, Armis now employs around 850 people worldwide. The company reported US$250 million in annual revenue by the end of 2024.
Armis plans to go public in 2026, targeting US$500 million in annual revenue.
